How do I order?
Add a book to your basket and then view its contents by clicking on the icon on the top right of the page. You can then start the checkout process by viewing the full basket and proceeding to the secure checkout. You will receive confirmation of the successful placement of the order.
What do I do if my product is damaged?
If you are at all concerned about your delivery, or have any further questions, please feel free to contact us via the website.
What is your returns policy?
We make every effort to describe our products accurately and to produce them to the highest standards. If, however, you find that you are in any way dissatisfied with any product or it is damaged in transit, please contact us within 4 weeks of receipt and we will be happy to replace it or arrange a refund. Because we use various carriers to deliver our products, please check with us first before sending anything back

We can even place your order for you. Credit card details should only be entered via our secure website or given via the telephone to one of our team.
Prices are displayed in South African Rands. Your bank may charge you a foreign currency conversion fee, should your card be issued outside South Africa.

What is the delivery cost?
Postage and packing is charged by weight when sent using the postal system. South Africa: Standard item R60, large item R70. Outside South Africa: Standard item R375, large item R600 Additional items will be charged at a percentage of the first item.
Can I expedite a delivery?
For an additional fee, orders can be dispatched via a courier service. This option can be selected during the checkout process.
Can you send my order to a different delivery address?
Your order can be sent to a different delivery address at no additional cost. Please enter your desired delivery address during the checkout process. If you would like to send your order as a gift to someone in a country other than your own, please contact our office and we will be happy to help.
Can I track my order?
Should you wish to find the status of your order, please contact us here and we will track the parcel and send you the information.
